That's a 32 bit image with 64 bit hardware, I wouldn't expect it there.

The aarch64 Workstation image should have the orangepi_prime, for both
F29 and rawhide, but the thing to note is that none of the AllWinner
devices have accelerated graphics so I'm not sure you want to be
running Workstation on it.
