No wifi on RPi 3B+ after Kernel Update

Wifi on RPi 3B+ appears to no longer work after updating kernel to 4.18.17-300.fc29.aarch64.

Worked OK with 4.18.16-300.fc29.aarch64

After update:
 dmesg | grep brcm
