No, it shouldn't require anything, we've had a number of mass rebuilds since that issue was fixed in binutils. It's a bug if a package is affected, but I'm aware of numerous people that have been running devices with 4K kernels with the aarch64 userspace with out issue > I'm going to get ahead here and say probably a mass rebuild *won't* be > required.
