I don't think the above pbias is an error as such, but a warning, with "cpupower frequency-info" and "cpupower idle-info" it provided me appropriate info, I had to "modprobe imx6q-cpufreq" for the freq details as for some reason it wasn't autoloaded (I'll need to check to see why when I have some spare cycles). The tmon utility will also report the actual temperature, mind is running at 36C but it does have a decent heatsink.
