A follow-up to my previous post for clarity. In step 7d, if you built an EXT4 boot partition rather the the vFAT partition, ensure in the fstab file that it is EXT4. Also, the line that follows the "dracut" lines is in fact part of the "dracut' command. It is not a separate line. Unfortunately, it got wrapped in this message and looks like a separate command.
