/etc/machine-id file in ARM images

There's machine-id file(/etc/machine-id) in ARM release images. I saw
one from 24 Minimal image. This file shouldn't be in the images like
ssh keys so it could be generated on the first boot.

I know, and I deleted it before flashing it to my own machines. Could
anyone in the power consider this on the next release? I'm a big fan
of systemd and I use machine-id to identify machines on the fields.
It's the only way to ID machines rather than MAC, IP address,
hostnames. Using these is just not pretty.
