There is a new Fedora-24 Beta Remix image for the DragonBoard (db410c)
available:

This is still using the Linaro (Debian) boot image with the Fedora
rootfs. It boots to an LXDE desktop (HDMI monitor, USB keyboard/mouse)
and supports a serial console with the appropriate cable/adapter.
Wireless networking also works.
This is largely untested, beyond boot and 'dnf update'.
