Hi,

I know Eclipse has caused problems for secondary arches before because koji is too eager about importing noarch builds. So I want to send a "heads-up" while it's still fresh in my mind.

Due to some breaking changes in Tycho and Eclipse, I am currently rebootstrapping them for Rawhide, and once it is done, I will probably also back-port to F24 and rebootstrap there before it is released too.

The correct order to build successfully should be as follows:

1. Import/tag these noarch Tycho packages:
  tycho-0.25.0-1.fc25
  tycho-extras-0.25.0-1.fc25

2. Build this version of Eclipse (bootstrap):
  eclipse-4.6.0-0.2.git201604190800.fc25

3. Import/tag these noarch Tycho and ECJ packages:

  tycho-0.25.0-3.fc25
  ecj-4.5.2-2.fc25

4. Build this version of Eclipse (de-bootstrap):
  eclipse-4.6.0-0.3.git201604190800.fc25

These builds are still ongoing in the mainline koji for Rawhide; if you'd like I can send another note when it is all finished.

Regards,
Mat

These builds are now complete in the mainline koji for Rawhide.
