Fedora 23 booted up just fine on my pcDuino3 Nano Lite with one caveat.
I am not getting any response on the debug port. I followed the
schematic to connect a USB/TTL adapter and am running screen as I do
with my Cubieboards. Nothing.
Is there anyway I can figure this out from my login on the
monitor/keybd? I am assuming it is /dev/ttyS0 as it is for F23 on my
Cubieboards. Can I probe that somehow?
And anyone that has a nano, perhaps get with me privately to point out
what I might have connected wrong.

the Fedora ARM distro list is just being a bit lazy when I'm sure with
a quick google you could find all of the above out quickly for
yourself.
I erred in that I did not want to blast the list, but only send it to
Troy. Was working too late last night. Though not a good excuse.
I spent at least an hour there going through their little
documentation on that board. Did not find anything.
Asked on their forum. Still no answer. And very little traffic on
their forum.
This morning, I tried again. This time I looked for just the psDuino3
nano, and there was a diagram of all the hardware connectors. I am
going with that.
Probably in an hour after I did my test I was going to report here
where to get the diagram for the board, as it is not clear from their
documentation. At least it was not for me.

By the time I add the heatsink, power cord, and sata adapter, how much
cheaper is it than my Cubieboard2s that come with all of that? ;)

From all my tests, the PCDuino3 Nano Light "just works". I
installed
the F23 XFCE image, followed the uboot instructions with just one
change, I used the PCDuino3 Nano uboot, cuz Lite is supposed to be the
exact same.
The graphical first-boot came up, I set it up, and XFCE came up. Not
a bit of extra twiddling on my part.
I am currently updating the system to see if it will automatically
boot into the newer kernel. Since the regular PCDuino3 Nano
automatically boots into the newer kernel, I am 99% confident this
will too. But I don't like to say it will without testing it.
echo "deltarpm=False" >> /etc/dnf/dnf.conf
Use that to speed up your update by at least 20 minutes.

computer that runs straight F23, for only 15 dollars.
