Your email seem to imply that the community somehow excludes enterprise level contributors. That's not the case at all. The community around ARM is just as diverse as it is around x86, where you have contributors from all different areas. You might not have intended it to imply that, but it's the message those enterprise contributors see. It's really hard to encourage more of them to participate when people constantly question their validity in our community.
