It looks like it's not finding the uEFI details when installing. A couple of questions: 1) Why are you using a F-21 pre release? Use F-21 GA or even F-22 GA? 2) What hardware are you using? We currently don't support installing on u-boot/DT aarch64 systems using PXE/anaconda.
