Can I use it with u-boot for different A20 board? You can try, but it usually best to use a u-boot + fex file tailored fpr the board. You can start by following: http://linux-sunxi.org/New_Device_howto Then once we have the necessary info on the board, we can add a config for it to u-boot, and then you can build your own u-boot for it.
