The regulator built in vs plugin I suspect depends on how early it's
needed during init, because it's required for MMC I suspect if the
module dependencies were correct it would be pulled into the initrd
although it's the same MMC driver as the rest of the TI stuff so I'm
not sure the best way for that to work. I'm just going to build it in
so it should be there for 3.14rc7. The regulator stuff seems to be a
bit hit and miss for built in vs modules, the BBone stuff works fine
for example.
