IIRC, Octa has merged into mainline since 3.13(I got news before said 3.14 is the deadline but they were faster): https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/kgene/linux-samsung.git/tree/arch/arm/boot/dts/exynos5420-arndale-octa.dts You need to build a kernel first, then try to do anything you want. Current f20 ships 3.12 kernel.
