3.10 kernel update

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi All,

Poked a little bit at the 3.10 kernel today. I got it booting on
trimslice without any issues and it boots basically to the same state
as 3.9.x on my problematic panda so I think we've got forward
movement. There's a scratch build here:

http://arm.koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=1880340

To get it booting on the scratch build I reverted the kernel-install
patch (obviously just locally) and disabled a bunch of non core SoCs
that I've not had reports that are working. Over the next couple of
days I'll slowly enable more bits that I've disabled and get people to
test them further until we work out what annoying little bit broke it.

If people could test and report back how they get on with:
* omap[45]
* vexpress
* highbank
* mvebu
* tegra

Peter
