I fixed kernel builds which were blocking other builds. At this stage it'll likely take a week or so for the repos and mirrors to catch up.

The Fedora 17 ARM repos are still broken when updating perl-CGI as of today, 2013-01-21. What can be done about this other than manually excluding the package from the update?
