[AArch64] Stage2 updates for 3 Jan 2013

Hrm. Weird to type "2013"....

Since the last update on 27 December, Mark has been a very busy
fellow :).

The following packages have been built and added to the rootfs:
nss, elfutils, rsync, fakechroot, file, ustr, libusb1, libusb,
tzdata, cracklib, libsepol, attr, acl, libsemanage.

The redhat-rpm-config and rpm packages build, but Mark Salter and
Jon Masters will need to put their heads together to figure out
what needs changing so that they'll work properly for aarch64.

Work on the pam package is currently in progress.

All told, there's only eight more steps remaining in stage2 (pam,
shadow-utils, strace, filesystem, iso-codes, audit, gnupg and the
verifying of the new rpm for aarch64). So clearly, Mark made some
excellent progress :).

Happy New Year!

Latest rootfs and bootstrap scripts have all been uploaded to their
respective git repos.
