Yeah, those are exactly the sorts of things I was looking for.  In
particular, though, how do we get from "there are probably some things
on the wiki that need to be fixed" to a list of items that people can
take and run with?

Also, do we have a defined mechanism to report packages that aren't
working as expected?  Bugzilla?  Wiki page?  Shouting in the IRC
channel?
