Yeah, I just wanted to build something for generic stuff and to provide
prerequisites for other packages. It does need an aarch64 backend but I
think just the generic bits will be enough for what rpm needs. That
remains to be seen though. A port to aarch64 will have to wait unless
lack of it becomes a bootstrap roadblock.
