This needs some work but primarily due to the fact a lot of the builds in mainline are for the mass rebuild and if you look at the first one on the list the "build time" is in fact the time is was waiting in the queue to be built as part of the mass rebuild as it wasn't "1d 02h 37m 14s" but more like rather around 4 mins. http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=4286416 And if you go through the list it's mostly the case for a lot of the packages that have +Xh values.
