Yes I have some experience with packaging. In my role I have created test
packages using brew / dist-git methods. Recently I added myself to
maintainer for giflib package.
I like to code for projects. I am ready if you have any idea to dig into.

Well, for starters there is the ARMTracker Bug in Bugzilla. It
contains a lot of references to bugs that are ARM specific:

Most of them are build failures, some happen during %build, others in
automated test suites. Attaching patches against the BZs and
potentially sending them upstream seems to help. Most maintainers
happily apply the patches and push an update. If that fails, you can
ask someone with "proven packager" rights to make the packaging
changes for you.
Other things include improving qemu/libvirt to emulate an ARM platform
on other (x86_64) hardware. Last time I tried it on Fedora, I had to
manually modify the guest .xml files.
