The Secure SMC L2 enable patch went into Linus' kernel with patch 8e561030d, merged as part of commit 41a328b9 on Jun 17. You can drop this patch from your tree after you've pulled from mainline for that.

Also, 3.5-rc4 for FC18 should support ECX-1000 with no other patches.
