Here is Jon's data with a bit of spreadsheet analysis:

Looks like, for this package sample, building on a trimslice is +153% of
the i386 time. There are some issues here -- e.g., the resolution is
minutes -- but this gives us a starting point.

On the call yesterday, we discussed a multiplier for server-grade
hardware, but I'm not sure that that multiplier is applicable to smaller
builds, so I'm hesitant to apply it here.
