So what is the time frame? What is the impact to mainline if these get
committed? Are the code paths etc ARM specific? If the changes don't
impact x86 I would much prefer to get these changes into mainline and
release early release often than waiting for the perfect panacea. If
the mainline rawhide openjdk won't compile on ARM this is going to
have a major impact on our ability to build large chunks of the
release and impact the process for the entirety of rawhide.
