What's outstanding other that the haskell patches (ghc and a number of
others), I'm upstreamed pretty much everything except those. The
releases after F-15 don't need the haskell patches and for F-15 the
haskell maintainers said they would deal with them as they were going
to bootstrap it all.

It depends on the package, feel free to ping directly via email or IRC
for assistance with package upstreaming.

They should always match, but there's a caveat.

In the case of the packages that just need an adjustment of
excludearch or exclusive arch I will build them in mainstream koji but
I won't submit it to bodhi as an update because it doesn't fix
anything on x86. But the ENVR will still be there in koji, from there
I use the build from koji (either by srpm or giturl) to build the
corresponding arm package.

Yes, that was nss. Its a single upstream source packaged as 3
different packages due to FIPS audit requirements. Its a bit of a mess
and likely worth avoiding them. There's others in the "build tool
chain" that can affect similar issues. Might be worth excluding those
from the auto builder.

Is there a list with the problems? In all cases these should have been
pulling in the F-14 builds where possible as its closer to F-15.

Is there plans to split out some of the core koji hub and storage
components. I believe that is one of the biggest problems with
performance at the moment is because the hub and nfs is so loaded.

Is that's what's being used for the mass builds?

koji hub performance and stability :-)
