 Is this the right load address for your hardware? It's not the load
address the original boot command used from what I remember.
 
that was the out of the box address except teh default boot config on sd had no address after bootm

Is this kernel built for your board?
that kernel was a compile on sheevaplug kernel...was hoping it would owrk...ill recompile tonight for another config. I noticed the freescale device shipped with the kernel config provided in the boot directory...

You need a kernel that is built for your board type. If your CPU is arm7
then an arm7 kernel is preferred (required?) even if you will just run
armv5tel userspace.

You need a kernel that is built for your board type. If your CPU is arm7
then an arm7 kernel is preferred (required?) even if you will just run

Probably something like

mmc init 1
ext2load mmc 1:1 ....
