It's a Marvell Libertas sd8686.

You'll certainly need:

# rpm -ivh http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/packages/libertas-sd8686-firmware/9.70.7.p0/1.fc12/noarch/libertas-sd8686-firmware-9.70.7.p0-1.fc12.noarch.rpm

but even after doing that, I'm seeing a failure to download firmware
to the card, not sure why.
