What I do is use this script:

	http://fedora-arm.wantstofly.org/cross/repack_cross.pl

To turn the target (arm) rpm into a noarch rpm with all files
relocated to the sysroot, so that you can 'rpm -i' it on the
host.  It also fixes up file dependencies and such.
