Meeting proposal this week: work through tickets without *meeting* per se

So I'm looking at the tickets queue, and while there are a couple of
dozen open tickets, I don't see anything that I think will benefit from
real-time discussion right now. Instead, can we all spend the time
going through the tickets and commenting, voting, closing, and tagging
as needed?
