Hi everyone. I wrote a post on the Fedora Community Blog with a proposal for focusing Fedora Ambassador spending and effort. For several years, we've been asking Ambassadors to translate the Fedora mission into action — and for event and other spending to connect back up to the mission — but in practice it's been hard to explain exactly what that means or how to really implement that.
