When we wrote https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Council#Objective_Leads, I anticipated that we'd have people asking to create official objectives than we can handle. Instad, we have the other way around. In talking to some people, I find that people find the concept a less self-explanatory than I hoped it to be. I'd like to fix this. One quick thing I'd like to do is change "Objective" to "Initiative", which seems to be more intuitively understood.
