We had awesome shirts for the 10 years, but also for F19 (You helped to unpack Schroedinger's cat - and it is alive). In both cases we awarded them for people doing stuff constantly. I feel this is a bit too specific, it's just about a short event, and there are many people who participated just to get a badge for it, not for the sprint itself. Don't understand me wrong, but I would rather try to award a shirt to people who translate, let's say ''500-1000 strings'' or so. Even better if we could award nice shirts to people through all groups, not just L10n.
