I love both of the designs, but I think focusing on the "Friends" Foundation
here will do a better job of helping people feel welcome and part of a community
(and thus stay around longer).
If we focus all of our accolades around achievement, then people who drift away
from active contribution might feel less welcome than people who feel like part
of a family.
I straight up prefer the "friends" shirt. but am also very much in agreement with stephen
langdon
