Comment (by misc):

I was reading old archives for thread that I decided to skip a few months
 ago, and stumbled on:

 https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel/2015-June/211019.html ,
where he decided to basically insult people doing things who make the
 system hard to understand.

Harald was asked to stop by Simo after saying that someone else was
trolling for stating that the behavior of DNS was standard :

 https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel/2015-June/211106.html

And by Stefan Gallager before in the thread:

 https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel/2015-June/211005.html

The fact that he did stop for a while (after the 2nd warning), but decided
to continue later (as show by Haikel) seems to show that asking is not
really working in the long term. And that's just 1 single thread where he
participated, bringing nothing new that I would have been able to
summarize for him as his opinions that he keep repeating endlessly.
