 Yeah, as per
 https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_organize_a_FAD#Approval, the formal
 approval comes from the Council at large and does not need to wait for me.
 The open question is the greater-than-5k budget. I do think this is
 overall high-value for Fedora, since it brings some cohesiveness to a
 previously-tangled part of of the project. I don't think there are
 competing FAD requests for the budget, so I'm +1, but would like to hear
 the rest of you weigh in on the extra expenditure. I'd be particularly
 concerned if this leaves us with, for example, a shortfall in reaching our
 university outreach objective.
