Council Meeting Today will be broadcast on Youtube

Okay, so, here's the event to follow:

<https://plus.google.com/u/0/events/c1us89qgphqj56f6dt4ai1ndquk>

This will, assuming everything goes well, include a link to streaming
video. Meanwhile, I'm setting up a Hangout for the council members +
Chris Roberts (from Fedora Marketing, because his presentation is the
main topic of today's meeting).

I don't _think_ you'll need a Google account to follow this. In any
case, we'll put the video up both on youtube and somewhere else in an
open format afterward.

I'll _also_ start the meeting in #fedora-meeting in Freenode, and try
to follow along there as well. (If anyone wants to live-transcribe,
that'd be cool.)

This is an experiment, so we'll see how it goes!
