One such page is https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Embargoed_nations. This contains several statements about Fedora Board beliefs and findings. I would like to propose that we simply replace Board with Council everywhere it appears. I think this is non-controversial, since it is just a continuation of current policy, and would like to decide this by lazy approval; if there are no objections with 7 days, I will go ahead and make the change.
