First, he's passionate and really cares about Fedora, or apparently, about the server product. On the other side, quite a few people are very offended or at least annoyed by his behaviour. The pattern was always the same in the past: he mainly accused developers to push not feature complete or buggy software, which tried to replace their older counterparts.
