My initial reaction:
1. This could very well end up being no, pointing to or referencing 3rd-
party software due to legal issues similar to
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Third_party_repositories , should ask
legal's opinion.
2. not sure, a 'legal says no' in 1 means this is out of our hands
3. I have no problem with this
