There's no special treatment between This/Is/A/Page and This_Is_A_Page by mediawiki and the Fedora documentation/wiki gardeners were telling people not to use the former anymore. We're supposed to use Categories rather than url hierarchy. Not that everyone does this; just that top level doesn't have much meaning as long as some people are following that rule. -Toshio
