previous discussion. The election system is intended to be used for
elections and a few select things like the name vote; Fedora is not a direct
democracy. That could be changed, but I think Paul's points in that ticket
are good.
Well I disagree and see the need for sub communities to have the ability
to vote.
So if i'm going to request the community to vote I will have to open a
ticket with the board
