Looks great :)

Would a question on the lines of: 

Q "If you haven't filed a bug at bugzilla, why not?"
X Too much work
X Don't know how to.
X Bugs? What are they?
X I would but they never get looked at

be helpful? 

Another one that I'd like to have is on the lines of:

Q "I you haven't contributed to the Fedora project, why not?"
X Don't have the time
X Not interested in contributing
X Don't know where to get started
X Tried but didn't get enough guidance

As a part of the fedora join sig, I'm interested in understanding what
issue affects potential contributors most. 

PS: Is this the correct place to propose questions? Maybe the different
fedora teams could each ask a question or two they'd like? For instance
QA could ask something about fedora-easy-karma to see if users are
interested in helping with testing. The info could be used to pin point
what parts need to be "marketed" more via blog
posts/announcements/social channels.

Just ideas, please feel free to modify the language/options.
