My apologies that the meeting minutes weren't detailed enough on this
issue, as we indeed spent a good chunk of time talking about
SOPA/PIPA/'Things that effect the rest of the world and are clearly
worse', and that while we are really against SOPA/PIPA - there are
equally bad or worse  things proposed or enacted outside the US.
