It could also affect a lot the working of the Fedora Project, which is a) based in USA and b) relying on user-generated content. Some organizations, most notably Reddit at the moment, are planning an a awareness campaign [2] about this on January 18 (Wikipedia is also weighting it). Some will do a full blackout for 12 hours, some will put a few informational banners. Is Fedora willing to join such a campaign?
