Does that make sense or do you think it's too Pollyanna? I tried recruiting some Project Managers last year and it didn't end up working. It seemed initially like it had a good chance as their was a local group that had some interest in volunteering (in general). The person I talked to had taught a training course here at work and seemed interested in this open source stuff (wiki's in particular), but I got no actual followups.
