That said, Sascha, if you were simply speaking out of anger -- something that all of us do from time to time -- and not wanting your words to be taken literally, I have no doubt that corrective actions can be taken. I think every single person in Fedora needs to ask themselves a few simple questions: (1) Is the ratio of what you put into Fedora and what you get out of Fedora one that is satisfactory to you? (2) Are you participating because you want to move one (or a few) particular things forward? Are you participating because you generally want to help with the larger vision and structure of Fedora? Are you participating because you are paid to do so? (3) Are your reasons for participating inclusive, or exclusive? By that I mean, for you to achieve what you want in Fedora, does that mean that someone else will have to *not* achieve what they want? (4) When your Fedora-related goals are stalled or blocked, is that because of a conflict with another person? Is it because of missing resources to help or aid you? Is it because of processes that need to be either better understood, or changed? For anyone, if the answers to these questions makes you believe that Fedora is a good place for you, then please continue to participate. And if the answers make you not want to participate in Fedora, then don't.
