I think this is roughly the policy that we have today, I had similar feelings at first, until I reminded myself this is the board's *vision*, not fesco's implementation of it. I feel the current unaltered (and relatively inflexible) vision, leads to some of the problems kevin describes in fesco trying to implement it. I can't support that.
