They are different because they are "spins".  They are things which are
more sig driven than project driven, they are offered torrent only, the
comprise packages mostly not found on the DVD / split media offering,
they do not get full/any attention, they do not get full/any marketing
attention, they are not printed on media and handed out at events as
"Fedora", should I go on?
