Indeed. And, there isn't "one single way" to handle this because other
than a combination of a stern "Behave" (which the hall monitors are
mandated to do) along with a policy/code of conduct to point folks to,
it becomes difficult to catch objectionable material.
you can't catch it beforehand. You can really only react to problems and
address them well.
