In the latter case, someone created a Fedora Remix that was also given
a name which was a violation of Red Hat's trademark guidelines.  The
party agreed to rename the remix distribution.  The case serves as a
reminder that, while the Fedora Remix mark is available for the
community to create new combinations of software that draw from the
Fedora Project, the resulting remixes are still subject to other
applicable law or regulation.  (For example, you couldn't name a
Fedora Remix something like "Windows Plus.")
